RecipePastry was built on a simple frustration: every recipe site makes you scroll through a novel before you get to the actual recipe. We decided to do things differently.

Every recipe on this site is tested, measured, and documented with dual-unit ingredients (grams/ml AND cups/oz) so you never have to toggle between measurement systems. We include a “Why It Works” section with real food science, and a swap table for dietary and regional substitutions.
